It imparts a protective bacteriostatic, fungistatic and algistatic surface on substrates to prevent deterioration and discoloration caused by fungi, prevent algae growth and inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria. It is durable, leach resistant, and non-migrating. It does not create the conditions that promotes the development of resistant microorganism.

Directions of use:
Ready to use product, no dilution required .
Clean surface to be treated with clean water and cloth.
Shake the bottle gently for 30 seconds, then spray a thin layer on the cleaned surface.
Spread the solution evenly with a non-absorbent cloth, then leave the surface to dry for 10 - 30 minutes.
Coating lasts between 30-90 days.
